Alchemy of Emotions

What’s all the fuss about emotions? Can’t we just ignore them?

They get in the way of doing what needs to be done during our hectic days. No one wants to hear about how we “feel”. We are even embarrassed that we have emotions in the first place!

Emotions are crucial to our survival as humans, and our ability to thrive in community with others. When our emotions are not expressed and released, the energy they carry remains within us where it disrupts our body’s ability to carry out everyday functions. When this blockage remains, we become primed for disease.

In this course, you will learn about the energetic components of emotions; how to identify them, feel them, and then release them. A variety of techniques that can be practiced and applied in everyday settings will be demonstrated. These techniques have been basis for my own healing and growth as a healer, and I believe they have the power to heal and change lives.

Lesson 1

First Lesson Free – Register Now!

In this first lesson, you will learn how to identify your emotions and locate them within your body. You will also discover how to transform your emotions into helpers.

The 3 main objectives of this lesson are:

  • To learn how to identify your emotions.
  • To learn how and where emotions get stuck in the body.
  • To learn how to release stuck emotions for improved holistic health.

Lesson 2

In this lesson, you will learn about the importance of breathwork for releasing emotions. You will also discover when and how to recover your emotional energy.

The 3 main objectives of this lesson are:

  • To understand the use of breathwork for releasing stuck emotions.
  • To identify situations wherein it is important to reclaim your emotional balance.
  • To learn a shamanic technique for retrieving and releasing excess energy.

Lesson 3

In this lesson, you will learn how the power of forgiveness can restore emotional health. You will also discover the Hawaiian kahuna practice of Ho’oponopono, a potent practice for forgiving self and others.

The 3 main objectives of this lesson are:

  • To understand the importance of forgiveness in emotional health.
  • To learn the origins of the Ho’oponopono practice.
  • To master the use of the Ho’oponopono practice to release anger and sadness.

Lesson 4

In this lesson, you will learn about The Five Personality Patterns, and explore the first personality pattern. This is a system for understanding both ourselves and others. The patterns we use when under stress can be transformed when we learn how to let go of unhealthy responses to stress.

The 3 main objectives of this lesson are:

  • To develop a basic understanding of The Five Personality Patterns.
  • To become aware of defense patterns and their underlying causes.
  • To identify the elements of the first personality pattern.

Lesson 5

In this lesson, you will learn about the second and third personality patterns. These patterns develop early in life in response to challenges, and are used throughout life when under stress.

The 3 main objectives of this lesson are:

  • To identify the elements of the second personality pattern.
  • To identify the elements of the third personality pattern.
  • To begin to apply this knowledge to yourself, friends, and family.

Lesson 6

In this final lesson, you will learn about the fourth and fifth personality patterns that develop in childhood as a response to challenges. These last two patterns are the Aggressive pattern and the Rigid pattern.

The 3 main objectives of this lesson are:

  • To identify the elements of the fourth personality pattern.
  • To identify the elements of the fifth personality pattern.
  • To learn ways of moving beyond your primary personality pattern.
