This is the book that started my adult spiritual quest and foray into alternative forms of healing. Caroline is a medical intuitive and spiritual teacher. Here, she clearly lays out the link between our body’s symptoms and the emotional underpinnings of disharmony and disease.

New concept: all illness has an emotional/spiritual beginning! For those not already familiar with the chakra energy system, Caroline ties this system in with the Christian and Judaic traditions of the sacraments and the Kabbalah, respectively.  Caroline takes us through each chakra, describing each energy center and how it relates to different parts of our bodies.

From there she gives us challenges and questions that enable us to dive deeper into our own thoughts and beliefs. She weaves stories from her clients along with personal stories into this framework, so that it gives us a better understanding of how our emotions and thoughts can lay the groundwork for both disease and wellness.

This is a book I often refer to for myself and clients. Hopefully, it will be as helpful to you as it has been to me.
