A lecturer in metaphysics and the founder of Hay House, Inc., Louise Hay has sold more than 40 million books worldwide. Mona Lisa Schulz is an M.D. and a medical intuitive.

All is Well combines Louise’s proven affirmation system with Mona Lisa’s medical and intuitive knowledge.  Louise Hay is a pioneer in the energy healing field. She is able to pinpoint the connection between unhealthy thought patterns and disease manifestation in the body, and choose affirmations to replace unhealthy thoughts, allowing the body to begin to heal.

Mona Lisa expands on this knowledge by bringing in the neuroscience behind this process. She also adds her own intuitive insights into the workings of the body. In combination, this is a powerful and accessible system which can be used to start or enhance your own healing process.

An amazing book for self-improvement and healing, I often use it in my practice to help me identify my client’s thinking patterns, and recommend affirmation “homework” for them. It’s worth a try, especially in this busy world, as a small and quick affirmation can make powerful changes.
